Any high school band program is unique in its position in the community. Not only do the students have to rely on each other for musical success, but any kind of involvement from friends and family can greatly affect the state of the program. There is a never-ending list of things to take care of - from uniforms and instruments to driving the trailer to away games, and handing out snacks to the students.

The best means of supporting our program is by engaging and participating in the Independence Band Boosters, either as a board member or a continuing member.
